Something that happened unexpectedly in a stream chat today. I decided to copy/paste it and format it to save here. Hope you enjoy:
My Sad Nightmare Story

Once I had a dream of sorts,
Where I was traveling around not by flying but floats,
I wandered here and there with ease,
And found myself going wherever I pleased.
I started to find people I knew and have known,
And some of them flew, as I was shown.
They zoomed all over from place to place,
All with smiles and grins on each bright face!
I tried to follow, but alas, I could not.
And suddenly I was stuck in one spot.
The world began to darken before my eyes,
And I lost track of those I love both those who walked and who could fly.
So I sat there, waiting, for I had nothing else to do.
Until a small, yellow light came into view.
It brought me back from somewhere dark and unknown.
And I was no longer paralyzed, I wanted to go home.
So I followed the light to see where it would lead,
Only to find it was all I could see.
I focused so hard on what was my saving grace,
As the tears started to flow and cover my face.
When eventually I arrived at the face of a cliff,
And wiped away the tears with a sniff.
The light kept floating out into the dark, empty air.
I was scared, but I could float too, so I followed it there.
And as I stepped off the edge into the dark abyss below,
I looked back at the light as it's real form started to show.
Simple features I saw, and recognized easily.
Like the antlers, nose markings, and the tail... so fluffy.
And as I fell, once again, fooled from the start,
The tears flowed harder than before from my broken heart.
I woke up to a pillow as wet as could be.
And now I’ve told it to you, my sad nightmare story.
