Something I really like doing is all marker (as in, no pencil sketch or anything) drawings on the heavy cardboard backing for sketchbooks. Doubleplusgood, this sketchbook has TWO cardboard covers, so here's the front side.
Unfortunately, the blue backlighting didn't scan very well, so true to most scans of traditional art, this really sucks, and looks a bit better in person. Used a bit o' colored pencil for the highlights.
