Nephele tends to stick near 60 ft, but grows with electricity or water vapour (rain, steam, clouds), and shrinks by releasing it. I've not really decided if she actually shrinks back down to human often, or is just happy strutting around as a cloud kaiju, but I like re-doing her transformation in different contexts for art.
