Another superhero idea I got at the same time as Stella! This is Oswald Biggs (Ozzy for short), a 4'9" biologist and doctor who gave himself rubber powers and super-jumping because he was sick of being unable to reach things. He's stretchy, bouncy, can deform more easily in general, and has unbreakable bones, which when combined with his super-jumping allows him to turn himself into a living pinball if he wants to (and of course he wants to, because he's a manic little weasel).

He currently works as a specialist doctor for supers in addition to the occasional heroing, and yes, he's amused by the irony when people call him Dr. Biggs. Also he and Stella are dating, because it amuses me.
