If you're referring to the throne, I made that up with a couple of our plates, some cutlery, two black marble bookends, a straw-work box lid, and a bit of velvet fabric. I photographed it from several angles lying on its back on some white foamcore, then spliced it into a photo from the lobby of the Palace of the Lost City in South Africa. Because the room is a symmetrical, circular one, I can flip the background left to right to change the apparent angle of the throne, as long as I also flip the crest so that the bend is always from top-left to bottom-right.
It is, of course, a parody on the Iron Throne from "Game of Thrones," only with a hyena-ish twist.

I honestly don't know what Kathy was thinking, or at this point why she seems so surprised. It seems like it's been made fairly clear at this point that Fred doesn't respond well to being on the spot or being teased, so teasing him while he's on the spot feels equivalent to asking your arachnaphobic friend if they'd like to hold your pet tarantula as you're holding it up to their face.
