I saw The Residents live for the first time in my life last weekend in Chicago. Though I've been an obsessive fan for over twenty years, finally seeing them live in a crowd full of other Rez fans made me feel closer to their music and message than ever before. putting me back on the kick of discovering the creative possibilities of covering their songs. I would love to complete a full Rez tribute album someday.
