The design is largely inspired by the naga from Monster Rancher, and the clothing is based on a character from the Tenchi Muyo manga by Hitoshi Okuda, I admit. More old stuff.

I love this character. I see a WHOLE LOT of naga about the interwebs and they all look like the same manga nut drew them. This is a refreshing change.
