I would like to see a full comic of these two Kupo. They work at an airship factory or save station for adventurers that we would likely never see Kupo. Funny talks like these and other stuff would be great Kupo.

yeah the ivalice ones are adorable and now that he mentions it they wear nice clothing
(hope that goes for underwear too) guess they are an evolution

I think they're both nice. With higher resolution, you could make the little puff-balls from the earlier series into pretty much whatever you wanted. My only critique of the Ivalice ones is that they look way more batlike than just their wings

Not that I'm aware of! Just a quirk of the species and sorta like how characters in Animal Crossing have their little phrases that they'll say when talking to you

Gotta wonder how an itty bitty moogle like mog can use a big weapon like a spear though. Never seen Avilice Moogles do that. Or dance. they don't dance either

Ivalice Moogles also have red noses, but only when the camera is zoomed out to tactical view. Are they wearing some sort of high-viz makeup when entering battle?
