Event name: Furry Fossil Hunt
Location: Caesar Creek State Park – 4020 Clarksville Rd, Waynesville, OH 45068
Date: April 15 (Subject to change depending on weather), 11AM
Notes: We will be meeting outside the visitor center (keep in mind that to hunt for fossils on site you need to go in and get a FREE permit. No tools such as hammers and chisels are aloud but tooth and paint brushes are fine (I have some to share if you want). You can take home any finds the size of your palm or smaller.). Fursuits are aloud for those that might want to take some pictures around the visitor center. I am looking to move on to the actual fossil site by Noon. I will also bring a case of water for anyone who wants some. There is no real set end time, it all depends on when folks feel they are done.
