For the hands on this one I started out like I was making a mitten, but while inverted I did a few stitches to make little rounded nibs of finger tips and trimmed before turning right side out. Then what I did, which is what I did for the toes, is I use embroidery floss of as close a color and then just did some tightly pulled stitches to add shape and detail. :)
