Another request by  Krypto451 for Toots from Pound Puppies. Toots was one time character. She was tough street dog who leads Bright Eyes as party of her gang. In the end she reformed and saved Bright Eyes.

It is funny, I recorded the show for reference. I had this episode. He wanted the second season versions of Nose Marie and Bright Eyes. It was good fortune that I happen to record that ver episode.
