This Kenjiori a.k.a. Neko, he is an old oc of mine for... a almost a decade I am bringing him back. He was created in a secret laboratory in Japan to become part of Project known as "Black Lions" basically the good old super soldier theme story, he was found by Ryoko and Kathy Johnson on a beach sie shore during a trip in Japan while Peter was making a investigation while on a family vacation, Neko was nurture back to health by Ryoko and they quickly became friends, for a pre-teen Kathy's dismay who develop a crush on him, Neko then manage also to become friend with Jake Johnson and Petra Johnson in the process and they manage find out who was him and why he was the way he was, after a long fight against the Black Lions, Neko confronted the one he called brother named Raon and manage to defeat him in combat in a brutal fight that Neko almost lose his life if it wasn't because of the love he fell for Ryoko, Neko manages to survive and known his past he decided to lived a s normal person and start a relationship with Ryoko, to Kathy's dismay... keep that in mind.
