Well since it is technically the entire gimmick of Lucario to be a master if aura and to learn aura sphere (mostly upon evolution but not important), not having it know aura sphere is just ridiculous. Though they did eventually stop Lucario from being the only thing to learn it.
As for bone rush, I haven't seen another Pokemon use it, but I might've just overlooked it.

Well, it would start by giving its trainer a proper burial if they dead, since trainers need to have a good friendship level with a Lucario to evolve it. But if they not dead, then Lucario will use its giant self to jump high and far into the air, preferably towards the nearest hospital but I'm sure a poke center would work too.
