Its so angelic..

Wow, I'm impressed. Her face, hair and general anatomy are absolutely gorgeous. I really love how you drew her clothes, the design fits so well for an angel, for the most part (see next paragraph), and the background fits so well with them... Also, she doesn't look very "arctic" to me, more of a typical and lovely angel (or maybe it has a link to do with the cold colors?).

On an another side, I think her breasts should be a bit less uncovered, especially for an angel. Also, her right wing should have stayed white instead of black, like the other one. If it was intended as a shadow, I think it's way too dark.

Overall, I always was fascinated by angels and I think this one truly is beautiful. Excellent job! :)
