The Thunderer (Arrangement for Percussion)
An all-percussion take I did on John Philip Sousa's great march, "The Thunderer." This is for:
3 glockenspiels
3 sets of crotales
3 xylophones
Tubular bells
4 vibraphones
6 marimbas (2 grand staff, 2 treble clef, 2 bass clef)
Battery percussion (snare drums, tenor drums, bass drums, cymbals)
Hand bells
Steel drums
Extra steel drums (soprano, alto, tenor, bass)
Original music is public domain
This arrangement (C) me and me alone

I'd rank that at #1, too. Not sure how
DashingandDaring would rank it.
I've also taken a liking to a recent march written in 2021, called "Wildcat March;" it also has two bridges and three playings of the trio section, but following the same template. Here's how that sounds:

As soon as I heard the trio, I recognized the melody: We Thy People Praise Thee, originally from a melody by Haydn.

I'm also pretty sure the march was written originally for Northwestern University, whose mascot is the Wildcat. Here is their Alma Mater:

I'm not sure why he titled it Wildcat March, but I wouldn't be surprised. K-State has its own unrelated song of the same title, heard here:
