Part of my series "150 watchers, 150 pokémon" here on FA! This one for   CarsonCoyote (Go see the original!)

Nidoran's color scheme is perhaps the one that has changed the most of any pokémon. Sugimori's original watercolor suggest it's supposed to be white, but it was made light blue for the anime. Due to technical restrictions, it became light green in Gen 2 and light purple for the gen 3 anime. I have used the Gen 1 anime colors here.

I hadn't saved the reference I used for Carson the first time around, so it really surprised me to discover: his claws are black!

Once again, anybody wants any of the pokémon sketches colored, modified to fit a different sona, or touched up, let me know and I'll do it for cheap
