Had a drawing meme shared in my community Discord server where people draw a pokemon. It seemed fun and gave it a shot! Ended up originally with a freaking Dunsparce. No lie, I had to pull an image of a Dunsparce into stream to explain why we can't go with that design lol. Ultimately settled on a winged snake that spews multicolored ink out of its wings as it flies.

I tend to try and make some technical details because that stuff is fun. But all I settled on is that if Vipen uses a biting move on a pokemon, it changes their type to a random one. Oh also Vipen is a steel type themselves!
