Anybody else fed up with art theft, or seeing these problematic ape icons everywhere? I know I am.
The thing that I don't enjoy is the fact there are people that make these things just so that they can make the money on the AI art/ NFT and cast away the original artist responsible to the kerb.
Come to that we even have online celebrities like Jake Paul (not that I care about him), or even companies like Nickelodeon and Funko even making them for such godawful prices. If I was given the choice of buying either a new house or an NFT for 980,00000 in cryptocurrency, I can safely say that I'd take the house in a heartbeat, unlike some who are brainless and would rather throw away all their money on a digital image that is virtually worthless.
As for AI art, I don't get why people think AI is the most superior thing. Sure it works for AI RP stuff like AI Dungeon and the like, but here's a question; do people that make AI art know if their AI can be an artist instead of sitting on its lazy arse and pulling up a picture that somebody else has made? That and sometimes it just doesn't follow the specifics of some artist's requests either.
I know I have little to say about AI art and all I know is that it usually causes cases of art theft.
