yet another NNR sketch! yeah I know, I'm slow with everything else, but that happens when your rl is as chaotic as mine x.x things will come, just be patient <:3 anyway, here we have DK and Diddy taking a break and sharing the bananas they got back with the little chu :3 I kinda like the final result, first time I ever drew DK too X3

Same (excluding liking DK games). The only time I myself use emulators is in the cases of games that weren't released here, and require reading, such as RPGs, so I can get an English patch. While I do have a Super Famicom, since I don't know Japanese, I can only effectively play certain games on the system.
Well at the very least, I know that with both the NES, and the SNES, you need a Japanese system to play Japanese games. I've heard with the Super at least that it's only because the cartridges don't fit in the other system, and they can be cut to be shaped to fit if you know how, and then they'll run. Don't quote me on that though, because I've never confirmed it myself because I don't like the idea of mutilating my games. It's just something I've heard. I know the GBA doesn't have region coding though, as I have a Japanese GBA game and it works just fine on my GBA and my DS.
Hehe Sparky is soooo small. X3 I just love the way you drew the Kongs! ^^ And their feet came out rather nicely too. X3 But did you notice that just one of DK's feet is as big as you, chu? :P Anyways, I really like all the stuff going on in this pic. You did a superb job with the jungle background, making sure to include the dandelion puffs that are present throughout the game. I also like how you included the beat up tiki guy. X3 But most of all, I like Diddy and the chu together like that! ^^
