Carolina got out of one situation just to find herself in another. Her knees ached terribly, as she'd been stuck kneeling completely on nothing but her kneecaps. Any adjustment she tried only managed to dig the uneven surface of the trolley into the skin of her knees even more terribly. The position also wasn't kind to her back, that had been forced to remain unnaturally arched. The panties she had been wearing, had been shoved into her mouth and taped tightly inside, keeping any cry for help to just small muffled whispers, rendering them useless. Her body had resigned itself to exhaustion, slumping in the hold of the tape just as the door opened. Blinding light hit her as her muscles stiffened in surprise. What were they going to do to her now??
