I had a strange dream

Throughout the dream, Cynder talked about some kind of purple ball, about its magical properties, the ability to save the world, and not only did I not listen, but apart from that I did not look at her at all, staring out the cold window and sipping coffee. Occasionally I mumbled something in response, trying to keep the conversation going, but with such success she could talk to the wall.
