Who IS she?!
I suddenly got hyperfixated on Lugias (long story) the last month, so I was bullied into making a Lugia OC!
Her name is Cady (pronounced like Katie) and she is a Sneasler x Lugia fusion! Buuut mostly just a loog with some Sneasler aesthetics.
And tiddy. Because. I like tiddy. :3c
She is a MEAN GORL inspired by the infamous AmandaFiles rant:

"Cady" is the name of the MC from Mean Girls, even. I am on the nose with this one babyyy.
Anyway, I love her even tho she is probably evil. This design is like 90% accurate, but there are a few fixes/additions I'll add in her ref sheet, whenever I get around to that! But for now, here's SHE.

Lemme see, IIRC the pokedex had some interesting things to say about Lugia... Ah From Pokemon Black and White: "It sleeps in a deep-sea trench. If it flaps its wings, it is said to cause a 40-day storm."
As this particular example has certain anatomical additions, how could the dex entry be made more entertaining for this one? =^w^=
(I almost hate to mention this, but you could order this as a toy from my favorite inflatable bootlegger shop with only a few tweaks from their current design... =^^; )

I think Cady would cause storms on purpose! That's a dangerous woman we got on our hands...

Hee, hee, this summer, I think I might just visualize my poor economic management ability and see if I can get my entire crew up and out on the lawn for a group shot! Neighbors will be wondering what on Earth I am celebrating! =^^=
