Okay I'm tired of this guy having no name so... Jay ! There. His name is Jay.
So Jay wanted to revisit City 17 but the whole place looks... different ? Can't put his finger on it. Maybe he was too eager to leave Xen and took the wrong portal out. Also he doesn't need a gas mask. This whole air exchange thing established by the authorities only affects humans, but he still wanted to try out the traditional clothes of the region. The tunnel vision caused by the mask, along with the smog, makes it hard for him to avoid stepping on locals though.
Hey at least this place has free TVs. And it's not Xen !

I think Jay is a very, very fitting name for him and I'm very happy with how it fits. It's short, sweet and kind of fits into the feeling of curiosity a giant macro tourist like him would exude.
It's nice that he's trying to fit in, even though he's having trouble fitting in their streets.
