I've noticed two recurring themes in characters I've been making:
1: They're all female.
2: There's something generally tragic or traumatic about their life.
Such is the case of Catalina. She was the victim of a hate crime that resulted in part of her ear being ripped off and a knife dragged across her right breast and through her crotch (I needn't tell the details here).
Had it not been for one orange-haired fox girl (Max), Scars most likely would have bled to death at the scene.
Despite being a rather quiet, "soft" girl, Catalina now plays the drums in the same band as Max: "The Sirens".
