I have been wanting to draw a mermaid for a long time but was never brave enough to try since I don't often draw humans. I finally decided to go for it and this is what I ended up with! :3 Oh and I actually attempted a background, yay! xD
I have always been a fan of mermaids that were all one color and more fish-like instead of abruptly changing from human to fish.
Took about 6 hours using Photoshop Elements.
