Description: So I remember this one and where it was drawn but not who it was drawn for, and for that I apologize because we actually did a trade of each others characters and I had their name on my Telegram list for a while before just eliminating them because we never talked afterwards.
So this was drawn at Executive Suite bar in Long Beach during the Tail Party furry meetup, when I went there a few times. Its not really an environment that permits drawing as the place is clearly and obviously a converted house on the street corner where the attached garage became a liquor store, while the residence itself became a three story night club with a lounge area in the basement, bar and games on the first floor, and a dance floor on the second floor. There's limited table space anywhere you go, and I would go because I was the designated driver for friends who did wish to go and there was a little table in the basement that was barely big enough to sit at and draw at where I could be out of the way.
So this girl starts chatting with me and says she loves my Centaurpede character badges to which I graciously reply my thanks and we discuss things about our various characters. I didn't really think much of it but I guess she decided to give it a try drawing my 'taurtrain character. After receiving a gift like that I decided to return the favor in kind, and so after some discrete questions about nothing in particular of what her character is or what she likes, she has a fascination with Manticores.
Well that's an interesting character. A quadruped lion with a scorpions tail, with or without a humans face for some Sphinx qualities to it. It seemed to really suit itself well to being something that you'd see on an ancient coat of arms or such like that, which is why I went with a rearing pose like this.
Waited patiently to actually get around to talking to them over Telegram and shared this and they really liked it and appreciated the efforts.
