Your proportions here are VERY good! I wish I could draw a figure so well-proportioned as you have here. Did you take some inspiration from Tinker Bell for her?
One thing bothered me--it looks as if her ear is stuck to the back of her lower jawbone. Far too low for ear placement, even for a faerie. I would move the base of the ear up to just below her eye level.

I realized that only after her skin was finished coloring. I tried fixing it, but i couldnt get it right..
And no, I got the inspiration from all the faerie trinkets my (soon to be) mother in law's collected and a gaia avi, me drawing it like this ended up making it like how it is...
