• His name "Tagann" is inspired from d'Artagnan, the fictional character from The Three Musketeers novel.
• When brainstorming for ideas, :verdi-gris: had an idea that Tagann was the result of chain breeding for the Morning Sun move, since its only available by chain breeding espeon; so he came out albino as a result of numerous breeding/inbreeding experiments for that move specifically. And then, they said in added irony is that sun is bad for albinos. I liked this idea so much I took it as part of his backstory.
