TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSION INQUIRIES:

Below are the general terms for commissions.
Quotes depend on complexity and final requirements — a detailed estimate will be provided after discussion.

Pricing Structure
Prices listed are starting rates. Additional detail, complexity, or specific requests may increase the final cost. A detailed quote will be sent after we discuss your project.
Payment Terms
Payments are required in advance via PayPal invoice or bank transfer. A PayPal invoice will be sent after we agree on project details. Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the commission may be cancelled.
All prices are listed in Euro (€).

Payment Plans:
- Available only for commissions above € 150.
- Must be agreed in advance; full payment is required before the final artwork delivery.
Refund Policy & Changes
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.
Please communicate concerns promptly!! — I will adapt changes within the sketch phase to help meet expectations.
Major request for changes after the sketch phase may incur additional fees!!.

Commissioner Responsibilities
to Provide clear, detailed references or descriptions. Delays in supplying required information may affect timelines. Regular updates will be provided during the process.

Usage Rights
Upon full payment, commissioners receive non-exclusive rights for personal use (social media, personal websites, prints). For commercial use, please send me an inquiry for licensing and fees.
I retain the right to display commissioned artwork for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, print-on-demand) unless otherwise agreed

Estimated timelines depend on complexity. I strive to meet deadlines, but unforeseen events may cause delays. Regular progress updates will be provided!.
