I proclaim the art of markers and water color :P To be specific: Prisma color alchohol markers and the dollar water color set from easy squeazy.

Instant fave on my part because not only is this is an otter, but it's very well drawn. There aren't a lot of people who draw these critters well for some reason. You'd think it would be easy. :P
