Decided to doodle my revamped lupe for the morning warmup!

I've been revamping a few of my neopets for the past few days and plan on repainting one of them. I didn't want anymore pets for now so I decided to take the ones I wasn't 100% cool with and redesign them. Lykourgus, my tyrannian lupe, getting a big change both clothing and personality wise!

I've been wanting a manga delinquent inspired pet, but the one I originally made to be a delinquent ended up becoming a skaterboi 🤭 but there's clothing for lupes that I could work with better. Plus a tyrannian lupe looks bad ass. I wanted a hat(think of Jotaro), but a headband is just as cool! Lykourgus started as a silly little guy but now he's a rude dude with an attitude! He's Vikkenti's little brother and the drummer for a band called Helvania ☠
