This merry dancing robot with the nice round body parts is a redraw of part of the cover of Li'l Pan #7, cover date February-March 1947, one of a two-issue comic dedicated to the cheerful satyr kid who sure seems like he should have been a Harvey Comics character. You can see the original at https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=21636 but I recommend against reading the book. This and its previous issue are devoted to Li'l Pan searching the world, for the reasons, and so he meets a lot of ethnic stereotypes and not a single dancing robot. Be warned. Still, the cover is good.
I love the design of the robot, particularly with the sphere limbs. Unfortunately they make clear how much a mediocre artist like me doesn't pay enough attention to how long limbs are, and how they're posed in three-dimensional space. There's no way I could fix that except by putting more work into the sketching and measuring out things like the leg length so that the spheres along each limb are roughly equally sized instead of eyeballing it. Tragic.
