oooh I really like this animation! nothing feels more sadisfying then a visible raw POWER of the shots from a rifle like that! Yet i am slightly confused, what are the two moving parts in the from under the main barel?

Its some fancy sci-fi recoil absorber rods to turn the the kick from the gun into a more even motion

oh, wait... if its Recoil absorber, shouldnt it be moving the oposite way once the shot is taken? since the rods will only make the recoil hit harder if its hits the same way like the barel does, adding to it instead of absorbing it

The barrel moves back and moves some oil into some pressurized cylinders, which slows it down and prevents it from smashing into the back of the mechanism, and in turn, the cylinders expand as they absorb the recoil
