Ok, I may need to explain this one.

and couldn't resist knocking the level of randomness up a notch.

So it goes:
Pyramid Head (Game)
Wedge head (Movie)
Dodecahedron Head (Nek0gami)

and now...

Octahedron Head!! Wielding the darkest most twisted weapon of all...A potted cactus!
