You feel yourself slowly taking shape again.
Colors start shining through once more.

And yet, every part is crooked, out of place, intimately unfamiliar.
You feel uncomfortably uneven.

And then, taken or simply gone, it fades away once more.
Will you start over, again?

Still struggling a lot with the recovery from last year, all while trying to (re)learn how to be myself without letting certain things bring me back to square one or worse.
I try to remind myself that recovery and overall improvement are not linear, but it'd be much easier if things were different. Sure I'd be able to draw a lot more if basic respect was a thing.
