Its been so long since i last drew something and so i drew this after having this idea in my head for at least a month now.

This is Lex after transforming into his Pure Ion Form. Lex turned into this after his rage released his Ion Power, his power grew and grew until he turned into this. All his red markings and his cheeks turn blue, his muscle mass increased slightly, his hair appears to grow longer and stand on end into like a spikey hair style and he gained complete control over his Ion Power.

This however is not a permenant change as once either his anger subsides or he runs out of Ion Energy he reverts back to his normal form. Soon Lex would learn to be able to change into this form at will, greatly helping him in battles when up against a tought opponent and his Team Rocket duties.

In battle in this form he is very aggressive and won't hold back no matter who he is up against. He uses a combination of physical and elemental attacks. If his opponent angers him and continues to enrage him he would even unleash his ultimate attack, the Ion Cannon.
