Most people would believe that wandering in the forest in the dead of night is never a good idea. Yet, here you were, out in the middle of a forest clearing at midnight. The area was almost completely silent save for the chirping of crickets and the cold wind blowing, which made you shiver as you trek through the forest. Your only source of comfort was the moonlight creeping through the thick leaves of the trees, as well as the light coming from a flashlight you happened to have brought with you, but even that wasn't enough to calm your worry. But the fear of being out lost in the woods in the dead of night was not the only thing bothering you. Throughout the past few weeks, rumors have been circulating around of a massive avian-like Pokemon with crimson and black feathers, and piercing blue eyes living deep within the forest. This so-called Pokemon was known as Yveltal, the 'Destruction Pokemon', representing death itself and bringing ruin to wherever it goes. You were one of the people who heard those rumors, and although you tried to brush it off as just a rumor initially, you couldn't help but think, what if it ISN'T a rumor? What if such a creature truly exists?
Your thoughts soon shifted back to your current predicament, and you tried to shake away the thoughts about the rumors. This was no time to be thinking about that- the only thing important right now is to leave the forest, and hopefully get home before some animal catches you.
But just before you could continue your journey, a deep, booming voice echoed throughout the forest.
"Who dares tread into my territory?!"
Your blood turned to ice as you froze up, caught off-guard by the voice. You instantly knew you weren't alone here, and judging from their words, they did not seem fond of intruders, and that intruder was you.
Your fight-or-flight instincts screamed at you to run, and your legs carried you as fast as they could in an attempt to leave the area as quickly as possible, and hopefully avoid who or whatever was stalking you. But as you ran, you heard the sound of wings flapping, followed by a strong breeze, likely from whatever was flying nearby. From the light from your flashlight, you could make out a massive shadow flying, and it was flying right over you. The shadow seemed to resemble an avian, and your heart sank. You remembered the rumors of the avian-like Pokemon- was that shadow from that very creature?
Before you could think about that possibility more, something huge landed in front of you, the force from the landing causing the ground to rumble beneath you. Shaking with fear, you shone your flashlight on whatever had landed in front of you, and terror gripped you instantly upon realizing what it was.
It was the Destruction Pokemon, Yveltal.
"Where do you think you are going, little one?" Yveltal spoke, their deep voice rumbling in your ears. As they spoke, you managed to get a closer look at their form. Crimson and black feathers decorated their entire body, with long claws at the ends of their long wings and tail. Yveltal's appearance was truly a sight to behold, a terrifying one at that. But what caught your attention in particular was their icy blue eyes, glowing with anger. It was clear the Destruction Pokemon was not happy with you wandering into their territory.
"Do you not know who I am?" Yveltal questioned, interrupting you out of your thoughts. "I am Yveltal. The bringer of death."
You couldn't respond- you were too frozen in fear. This was a creature that was infamous and feared by many, and the fact that Yveltal was able to speak made it even more terrifying to be in their presence. As you tried to think about what to do, Yveltal began to approach you, the sounds of heavy footsteps echoing each time they took a step closer. It wasn't long until the avian Pokemon was looming over you, and you realized just how tall Yveltal truly was. They stood at roughly 19 feet, which would have been more impressive than terrifying had you not been at their mercy.
The glare in Yveltal's eyes made it obvious they intended to punish you for your intrusion. But their way of doing so was not what you expected.
Slowly, Yveltal began lifting a leg, until their foot is on full display over you. The entire foot was colored crimson, much like its owner's feathers. The sole of the foot, however, was not covered in feathers unlike the rest of Yveltal's body. Instead, it had a smooth and soft texture, having no signs of roughness. Three plump, clawed toes topped the broad foot, and strangely, the claws were also red, which only added to the avian Pokemon's unnerving appearance. As you took in the detail of the foot, you couldn't help but feel amazed by how nearly elegant Yveltal's paw was, starkly contrasting their nature of being the bringer of death.
"You have made a terrible mistake coming here, weakling." Yveltal began, their neck leaning to the side so they could face you without their foot being in the way. "You will be punished by being crushed under the weight of my sole." As they spoke, the Destruction Pokemon wiggled and spread their clawed toes at you. You couldn't tell if they were teasing you or if it was an indication of what was to come, but judging from Yveltal's words, it was likely the latter. Your instincts told you to run, but the terror of your situation gripped you tightly to the point you couldn't move. Or, perhaps it was something different entirely...? Deep down, a small part of you desired to be pinned underneath the weight of Yveltal's sole. Was it because of the thought of giving yourself up to a more powerful being, or you admired the Legendary Pokemon's soles? Either way, there would be no escape from your punishment, and Yveltal would make sure of that.
"Do not try to resist against me. No mortal has ever survived my power. Now, let your feeble form be reduced to nothing but a lifeless husk, by my Paws of Destruction!"
I got the sudden urge to do some more paw stuff in SFM, this time with Yveltal from Pokemon. I don't think there's much paw-related pics of them, so I wanted to change that. For those who scrolled past the mini story I wrote for this picture, basically the TLDR is that you're out in the forest at midnight, and Yveltal isn't too happy about you wandering into their territory and decides to put you in your place by crushing you with his massive sole. I actually spent a full hour writing the mini story for this pic- initially it was going to be much shorter, but it somehow ended up becoming a full-on fanfiction.
I know that Yveltal normally has bird-like feet/talons, but they weren't really my taste, so I instead replaced them with paws from wargex's Wagreymon model (ported to SFM by
paowuf) and recolored them so they're red like Yveltal's feathers. Overall, I think they go pretty well with Yveltal, and the picture turned out good imo.
Yveltal's model is by Sneakyerz, who ripped it directly from Pokken Tournament.
