This is Tah R'ket~ A Kig yar Ruuhtian who is a former mercenary for the covenant, then the Banished.. now he works with Onyx's Agents to complete assassinations, clean up Criminal operations, and assist thier marine forces

His armor is forged from scrap plating, and etched badly because he refused to machine the patterns.. we just pretend he did a good job

During his time with the banished, his eye and ear were destroyed on his left side by a T'vaoan merc working for the covenant, Tah was counter sniped by a Focus rifle beam, and was lucky enough that he collapsed out of sight, a final killshot couldnt reach him~

Tah spends his credits on exotic Alien tobacco and drink, as well as cultural weapons and training from many races.
