Shredder snuck into my lab and stole what he thought wasa Death Ray cannon. When he got back to the Technodrome and set it up, he decided to set a trap for the TMNT. When the Turtles show up, Shredder fired the cannon at them. However, instead of killing them, the ray makes them grow from Ninja Turtles to SUMO Turtles, ready to flatten Shredder and the Technodrome. It's too bad Shredder doesn't know my technology s meant to help and make things better.
