So the addon I used to use for jigglebones hasn't been updated in a long time and hasn't worked in recent versions of Blender for quite a while. It was also kinda janky. Rather than search around for another addon that's just gonna become outdated after a couple updates, I decided to find something more permanent.

This works in both object mode and pose mode, and can be manually posed as well. If anyone's interested in how this works, I can write a tutorial or upload a .blend file.
