The two heads are named Rune and Lune. Yep, it's mnemotechnic. Their parents were really creative.

Rune and Lune, or Lune and Rune depending on which one you're closer to (or, if you can tell, which is currently in charge of the body). Referring to them as a single entity is considered insensitive in hydra culture.

Also, how do they decide which head gets to be in charge of the body?
