Huh...another Extinctioners fan-character that's in my dA gallery but not here. Weird. Well, to cut-and-paste again...:
"About the same time I re-created Leo and created Leanne, I decided to make a character that I felt better reflected the "new" paramilitary nature of the GSIF, as well as bolstered the ranks of female characters in the roster.
"This is Sora Megami, aka "Gaze." A former Napaj police investigator, she was betrayed by her partner and her government to the human invaders who tried, unsuccessfully, to awaken her then still-dormant hybrid powers ("hybrid" is the term for superpowered individuals in Extinctioners). When those failed, her human captors decided she was to be brain-stripped and used as breeding stock, if not killed outright. When they came for her, however, SOra let loose with a devastating optic blast which not only slew her main captor but freed her partner from the humans' cotrol. They escaped, but her partner was slain in the process, and Sora, after spending time underground striking back at the human invaders and her corrupt government, eventually joined the GSIF.
"Her powers center around her ability to focus and manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum through her eyes. Everything from X-Ray and infravision to optic blasts are at her disposal, along with a lifetime of police and investigative training. I learned, after the fact, that she is the oldest female on the team by a wide margin, but hopefully that won't be used against her..."
Hmm...some of these "forgotten" characters have some potential, don't they? Also, I wonder if the GSIF is even still around anymore..?

Well, I poked around your gallery a bit, and it seems you aren't the type to abuse others' characters needlessly, so I guess it's alright...Hell, I'll even clue you in that I'd intended on her being a lesbian as well (she and the second Gaijin, Leanne, were going to end up lovers if I didn't hook her up with another GSIF female first). Just, y'know, FYI and all.
