I really had an urge to finally finish designing Uru, and WOW it's been way harder than I thought. I've been crazy indecisive on how I want her to look, and I'm still not sure about it. I didn't really want her to look like your every-day run-of-the-mill Uru, but I didn't want to make her so unique that her design wouldn't fit in with the universe and other characters. I'm a traditionalist in the sense that I don't really like markings in my designs, for me it makes characters seem out of place from their environment/setting; I think her little diamond patch of chest fur is a nice touch though and subtle enough to not do that. <3

Uru is the daughter of Mohatu and Itanya, betrothed to Prince Ahadi from a neighboring pride. She is relatively mellow and level-headed, soothing the fires of Ahadi's temper and making the duration of their ruling over the pride a peaceful and fruitful era. She adored both of her sons, Mufasa and Taka, being a dutiful mother until the very end.

Someday I'll brainstorm and add more to her story, but here is this for now!
