S'nagh has just defeated a dragon priest and is taking their mask as his own. Even if he finds the mask to not be very helpful for his skill set, it would make a wonderful art piece in his home. The wonderful piece you're currently looking at was done by 
Inkmaven at fursquared. I REALLY love how it turned out and I can't wait to commission them again to get it "upgraded" to a full color pic! The mask in the picture is the khajiit version of the tusked dragon priest mask from ESO.
