I actually made this to wear to the Fashion Show back in the summer, just never got around to uploading pics. It also has matching spats, not shown here.
I made the brooch, the ascot is just the waist tie from the dress I scrapped for the back of the vest, and the front of the vest is patterned from one of my favorite vests using secondhand fabric.
