If only Edward and Hunley had perhaps known of Goofy's experience, though it looks like Raja at least has no intent on eating anyone and just having some fun with peeling back the boots and tickling some sensitive canine soles.
Raja looks to be quite the proficient tickler as well and showing some good dexterity with using the claws on his hindfoot for the tickling.
