Whenever my characters drop to 0HP and have to make death saving throws, I like to add a scar or some kind of physical representation of it. That is how Eilonwy ended up with two missing teeth (one replaced by a gold tooth.) As of last night, Cammy has done so twice, and now had a new scar running over her shoulder and neck. It's thin, because it was an incision made by force damage. Turns out, Doppelgangers using void lances hurt.

She will insist that it looks worse than it was. Ignore the fact that she was bleeding out.
She has now been downed the most times out of any character in the game! An honor she will hold dear, I'm sure.
