Well it really depends where you get the tattoo. If it is on very soft flesh or on the bone, then it can be a bit painful, but other than that it really isn't that bad. There are some places that actually feels good when the needles go over the flesh. For example that part to right of the lion cub...it felt like someone giving me a good scratch there. :-P

The actual pain for me is when the tattoo is busy healing. The day after the tattoo it feels like bad sunburn...then later on it will itch, but you can't scratch.

But one thing I do have to add...tattoos are addictive XD

I want to get a tattoo of the Autobot and Decepticon logos on my hands. :3
I think the pain would be worth it. It's temporary,but tattoos last forever. And I've had a 2nd degree sunburn over most of my body twice now so I think I can deal with that. :3

well then, now doubt you can withstand the healing process. Although, I can't say it will be pleasant getting tattoos on your hands. Especially if they are to be your first. Good luck :)

Well my tattoo was done in stages. The first tattoo was just the main lion face, you can see there, that was done in America and that was $350...and all the rest was done in my country, and not the tattoo goes right onto my bicep as well. And all the rest was about $508...so together plus minus $858

I see! It looks very nice too. I'm sure it was worth every penny!

oh that it was. I can't wait to get the tattoo started on my other arm ^___^
