This one's actually not all that new. I've tweaked my style a little bit since then.

Anyway, this more or less describes what eye contact can be like for me. I can do it. I can do it just great for the first few minutes. The longer it goes the more it messes with me and the harder it is for me to be able to pay attention to what the other person's saying.

Instead of paying attention to one thing, I'm paying attention to at least two.
