Introducing the guy directly responsible for these demon guys popping up. His name is Caesar, and is the product of years of lab testing. He is one of several hundred experiments created by Simon. Not only was he the only one to survive, but his DNA is so unique that it was extracted and eventually used to hijack TJ, MYK and Chill's vessels. Now that he's no longer a test subject, he's been forced to assimilate with the rest of society as an unpredictable and lost test subject. He occasionally shows up in fights with the hope of finally seeing his father Simon again, but until then he'll simply lay waste and dominate who he can.

Fun fact: He only owns a single pair of grey sweat pants, and even then they were a "gift" given to him by the tattoo parlor that did his sleeves. Turns out that walking around outside naked is frowned upon even in this world, so they wouldn't let him leave without them.
